Privacy Policy
Miss No More is operated by Apex Arbitrage Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”). We answer and follow up on missed calls for local service businesses such as plumbing and HVAC shops (each, a “shop”). This policy explains what we collect when you call a shop that uses Miss No More, and what we do with it.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
How calls are handled
When you call a shop that uses Miss No More, your call may be answered by an automated AI assistant, not a person, and it may be recorded and transcribed. When recording or transcription is on, a short message at the start of the call tells you that you’re speaking with an automated AI assistant and that the call may be recorded and transcribed.
Not for emergencies. Miss No More is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for 911. If there’s a danger to life or property, such as a fire, a gas smell, or flooding near electrical, hang up and call 911 or your utility. See our Terms.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number
- Service address
- Reason for the call, such as the problem and how urgent it is
- Appointment details you choose, like date and time
- Call recordings and transcripts, if the shop has them turned on. You’ll be told at the start of the call that it may be recorded and transcribed.
How we use it
- To book your service visit on the shop’s calendar
- To send appointment confirmations and service messages about that visit, once texting is approved for that shop (see Text messages below)
- To alert the shop owner or staff about your call and booking
- To check quality and fix problems with the service
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Whose information this is
The information from your call belongs to the shop you called. We handle it on that shop’s behalf, only to provide and support the service and following the shop’s instructions.
Text messages (SMS)
When texts start. A shop’s texts start only after phone carriers approve that shop’s business-texting registration, which is filed in the shop’s own legal business name. Approval usually takes days to weeks and is outside our control, so no start date is promised. Until then, no texts are sent; the assistant reads your booking back to you on the call.
Texts after a missed call. If you call a shop and the call is missed, the shop may send you one text replying to your call. Reply STOP to opt out anytime. We never send marketing texts without your consent.
- What we send: appointment confirmations and service messages about your visit only. No marketing.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to stop texts at any time.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or email support@missnomore.co.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with:
- The shop you called, so it can do the job
- Service providers that help us run the service, under contract and only for that purpose: phone and SMS delivery, AI voice and transcription, calendar and job-scheduling tools the shop uses, workflow automation, and website hosting. Current list: Vapi (voice AI), Twilio (calls and texts), Google (calendar and email), Vercel (website hosting).
- Authorities, if the law requires it
None of these uses include sharing mobile numbers or SMS consent for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep call details, recordings, and transcripts only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations: 12 months. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
If a shop stops using Miss No More, we give that shop an export of its data on request and then delete the data we hold for it, except copies we must keep by law or that sit in routine backups until they roll off.
Your choices and deletion
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information. Email support@missnomore.co with the phone number you called from, and we’ll respond within 30 days. Because this information belongs to the shop you called, we may work with that shop on your request. Some records may need to be kept if the law requires it. To stop texts, reply STOP.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
The service is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be posted here before they take effect.
